Arrival at your exclusively booked estate in Penedès. The rest of the day is unstructured, time to settle in and take a first walk through the vineyard before anything is scheduled. A welcome dinner in the evening, built around the estate's own wine, introduces the week ahead.
Day 2
Green Pruning
A morning in the vines alongside the winemaking team, learning and taking part in green pruning, a task tied directly to the vine's growing season rather than a passive walk-through. The afternoon is left open to rest or explore the estate before regrouping for dinner.
Day 3
Meet the Winemaker
A day spent with the winemaker directly, touring the cellar, understanding how the estate's wines take shape from vine to bottle, and tasting through a few working samples along the way. Less a formal tasting than a working conversation.
Day 4
Blending Session
A hands-on blending session with the winemaking team, working through how different lots come together into a finished wine, followed by a guided tasting of the results.
Day 5
Cava & the Wider Region
A day exploring Penedès beyond the estate itself, the region is one of Spain's centers for cava production, so this includes a visit to a traditional cava house to see the method up close. The evening closes with a final dinner among the vines, built around everything tasted over the week.
Day 6
Departure
A relaxed final morning, with time for one last walk through the vines before heading out. The trip closes quietly, the way it started, grounded in the vineyard rather than built around a big finale.
