Miquel Antoja is a passionate chef from Badalona born in 1984. He studied hospitality in Sant Pol de Mar and specialized in pastry, knowledge that he put into practice working in several luxury hotels as head of pastry before starting his career in the kitchens of great restaurants with Michelin star in our country. He was the Executive and Creative chef of the restaurant Sant Pau de Carme Ruscalleda ***, Moments (Barcelona) and Sant Pau (Tokyo).In recent years, he has discovered the pleasure of sharing his knowledge with the general public through his social networks, and thus try to get anyone to eat a large dish made by him in his kitchen.

This experience is a bespoke dinner, which will be prepared for you in a hidden private space in the old quarter of Barcelona. Chef Miquel Antoja will prepare an creative tasting menu using modern twists on local dishes. You will be alone with the chef to watch him make everything, ask him questions about the dishes, and if you are willing, help him cook. The space is charming and intimate, while at the same time a very professional kitchen.
