Gastronomic Society
Today we are in for a treat as our lunch will take place in the most important and well-known Gastronomic Club of San Sebastian (a temple for foodies!) where we have been given exclusive member access and can grant access for you to partake in a wonderful experience.
The Clubs, or Txokos, are typical Basque gastronomic societies where, traditionally, men came together to cook, eat, and socialize. These societies are not open to the public, and a member must always be present when guests are invited in. We’ll start with a glass of wine and your host will begin to prepare the meal.
The menu will be based on seasonal products, fresh veggies, some local charcuterie & fresh fish, and seafood.

This is just the beginning. Every Adler & Marlow trip is designed around you - your pace, your passions, your people. Let us tailor something extraordinary.
