ALELLA AND VERMUT DAY
Today we’ll begin our day in the neighboring town of Alella, just a short drive up the coast. There we’ll have a tour of one of the best wine producers in the region, where you’ll learn about the natural park where the winery makes its home, followed by a complete tasting afterwards. Afterwards, we will continue our day with a visit to the charming town center and have a vermouth and tapas in one of the town’s most famous bodegas. Your guide will teach you the ins and outs of Spain’s famous “vermouth hour” and the regional tapas that are part of the experience, followed by a leisurely 3-course meal at a local restaurant.
CATALAN WINE TASTING WITH FOOD PAIRING
This day is designed for foodies, with a wine tasting and pairing experience to remember. We spend the afternoon in an exclusive venue in Barcelona, where you’ll get the chance to learn about Catalan wines and the local denominations of origin from a fun and dynamic sommelier.
